Reflection 3
Sometimes when I am over-caffeinated I find myself struggling to feel grounded and get easily overwhelmed and anxious.
My favorite method to balance this out inspired this week's journal prompt. I find a comfortable seat or place to stand and look out a window. I start by looking for different colors wherever I am, going through the colors of the rainbow. Then I make an effort to focus on what I am looking out at, usually trees, clouds, or grass... and focusing on beauty.
