Reflection 5

Routine is something that so many people recommend, yet I have never been able to keep a consistent one. In my mind, a routine just ends up as a checklist of things I need to complete before I can relax. So my day-to-day is always changing and fully dependent on what I need to complete and then only things I want to do. To me this offers such a mental relief each day rather than feeling confined to a routine each day. Can you relate?
